Overview

Cadar PC interface cards provide the means to connect many popular measuring instruments to PC based systems.  Originally designed for use in CADAR's own data acquisition and SPC systems, these cards are now available for use with other software, including Microsoft Excel.  They are packaged with Windows device drivers and COM/ActiveX modules making them compatible with almost all Windows based software development systems.

Full documentation and sample software in Visual C++ and Visual BASIC is included as is an example spreadsheet using the COM module.

The PLI Card is a Plug-n-Play PCI bus card for LVDT and half bridge probes typically used in gauging fixtures. It provides all the analog signal conditioning circuitry needed to drive and decode up to 16 probes and supports probes from most of the world's transducer manufacturers.  Click here for more information.

The ISA Probe Card is a similarly specified LVDT/half bridge card designed for ISA bus computers.  Click here for more information.

The ISA Scale/Digimatic Card is an ISA bus card for quadrature based instruments such as glass scales and older calipers and micrometers, and for instruments using the Mitutoyo 'Digimatic' serial interface.  The card supports up to 4 of each type.  Versions are available for Quadrature, Digimatic or both.  Click here for more information.
