Q. I've heard QS-Pro playing sounds - how do I configure sounds in my installation?

A. QS-Pro v2.0 and above supports three sound events: data entry, data rejection, and out of control. When you run QS-Pro for the first time it creates registry entries for sound support and after this you can attach sounds to the above events using the Control Panel Sound applet, just as you would for Windows sound events.

In the Windows Control Panel choose Sounds and Audio Devices and then click on the Sounds tab.  Scroll down the Program Events box until you come to the QS-Pro events.  Click an event and then choose a sound from the drop down list below.  Alternatively click the Browse button and look for a sound file (.Wav) elsewhere on your computer.

Repeat for the remaining sounds.
