Patient responses are saved automatically as the form is completed and are available for analysis as soon as required.  The system even provides backup copies of the collected data for peace of mind.

Analysis of patient responses is carried out in Microsoft Excel and the package includes a ready-made Excel workbook containing all the charts, tables and analysis required by the GPAQ - ready to print out for submission and discussion.  Everything required to gain up to 75 quality points is provided.

National benchmark data is included in the package and the analysis workbook contains a comparison of your results against national averages.  In 2007/8 practices must also compare data from previous years, and the analyser helps you do just that - allowing previous years' GPAQ Touchscreen data to be compared.

As well as practice-wide results, GPAQ Touchscreen can provide analysis for individual staff members.  Clearly this can provide data for appraisals and professional development and for the guidance and direction of new or trainee staff.
