Site Visits
Sometimes you just have to go and see for yourself! If something is physically
broken it can be a little difficult to fix by telephone so we can arrange for a
field service engineer to visit. And if you have taken out a service contract with
us it won't cost you a penny.
Service Contracts
We offer a range of service contracts to suit your working schedules and your installation,
from traditional guarranteed response times to our 'self help' package where you effectively hire a spares
package from us, use your own staff to effect a fix in minutes, and rely on us to back you up
in more difficult cases. Email
for more information.
Spares and Servicing
All our hardware and hand held measuring tools are backed by a comprehensive 12 month warranty
but after this time we offer both repair and fixed price service exchange services. You can
also buy some spare parts, such as batteries and chargers directly from this site. Click
here for details.

Introduction to SPC
If you, or your department, are new to SPC or would like a refresher course in
why it is so popular and effective, then this course is for you. By running a
production process during the course you will learn about means, standard
deviations, histograms, and control charts. No computer skills are necessary
and little more than junior school arithmetic. Real engineers understand pictures
and that's what you'll get from this course - a graphical understanding of SPC concepts.
Oh yes - and a free calculator just for turning up! (minimum 6 delegates)
